Bluepeek was founded by Anas Achiq, whose background is in real estate finance and investment, with experience at Deutsche Bank and EQT. At EQT, his work focused on direct real estate investments.

Bluepeek applies that discipline to private residential projects: setting the right assumptions, costing the full budget, stress-testing the project and identifying the questions to resolve before committing.

Bluepeek is paid only by its clients, through fees agreed in advance. We receive no commissions and do not take part in the transaction itself.
